            If I was his Agent I'd have him do this:

            1. Go onto ESPN and discuss a matchup with Pacquiao
            2. Clearly state his reason for wanting Pacquiao to take random OSDT. And that Pacquiao doesn't want to take the test.
            3. Then "invite" ESPN and Brian Kenny to the negotiation table. So ESPN cameras will be in the negotiation room as negotiations are being handled.
            4. At which we would provide ESPN with a copy of the EXACT contract statements. So there is no question about what is or is not on the contract.
            5. Then run a segment based around how Pacquiao and Mayweather got to this point in their careers. Winding down to the actual signing of the contracts.
            6. In this segment. ESPN will meet with USADA and find why the do their testing and the how they test for PEDS. Giving the public a clear understanding of why Floyd is in the right for wanting this.
            7. At which is Pacquiao STILL denies the contract and random OSDT. It would be nationally televised that Pacquiao is the reason the fight is not happening.



            Problem solved.

            Floyd's name is no longer recognized as cowardice and all the blame goes to Pacquiao for not truthfully wanting to fight Mayweather when drug testing is on the contract statement. At which Floyd will be done with Pacquiao talks forever.

            That's what an excellent Manager/PR agent would do. Ellerbe is just too ****** to think to do this.
