How are Maidana and Mayorga able to hit and hurt opponents when their feet arent set?

    Probably heavy hands. Look at Big George Foreman. All he seemed to throw was arm punches yet they flattened anything in their path.

      George had alot more muscle in his overall body. He used to pull small trucks on the back of his back for training if I remember correctly. He trained like a strongman for boxing.

        Didnt know that. I assumed his heavy hands came from being a brick layer.

          That too...

          Whether I Train in MMA or Boxing they tell me that I have heavy hands and all I need is technique and I ko guys.

          Heavy Hands are something you are born with...
