floyd doesn't need sergio and sergio isn't a big enough draw. i think this fight is all bs and "falls through" but if it does happen, i give floyd all the credit in the world.

If Ortiz was busting him up and probably would have ko'd Floyd can you imagine what a more agile stronger Martinez will do to Floyd. Please enough of the bias Compu box watch the 4th round in slow motion Floyd missed alot and Ortiz was cracking him someone on this site put it up and I watched it Floyd was getting cracked that is why he dosn't want to give Vic a rematch

Lol at people saying Sergio is a riskier/harder fight for Floyd than Pac. Floyd would come out unscathed fighting Sergio at 150-154 in a 12 round SD/UD.
You guys are way overrating Sergio too much. He's no Pac with an unusual style. Sergio is so standard with a cautious style slightly similar to Floyd's. Floyd should have no problem competing with Sergio. Height will make no difference for Floyd who have long arm reach. Sometimes a bigger target is a disadvantage in boxing.
It's a 50/50 fight, nonetheless. But it's not as exciting as the Pac fight.
Go for it Floyd.

The debate has been going on a long time now who is the second best. Who knows, whoever wins out of Sergio and Floyd may decide to step up and try take the no1 place.
"The right to challenge Pac"
should be a great fight and we can finally see whos #2 p4p.
