Why did Ali fight 14-1-1 Evangelista who has no meaningful wins and was coming off a loss? Wlad just beat the number 3 ranked HW in the world, and was turned down by everyone else. This is a money maker/stay busy fight.

utter bollocks. its a **** division because its a **** division. there is 2 very good fighters in the k bros, there was 1 good fighter in haye, and thats it. the 2 very good fighters wont fight each other and haye is gonna retire. so wtf does that leave? i dont see any p4p fighters whatsoever. this is why its a **** division.

The biggest problem with the hw division is that, with few exceptions, the best aren't fighting the best. Chris Arreola has spent the whole of 2011 fighting C level opposition; Dimitrenko and Povetkin are cherry pickers and don't want anything to do with the K Bros; Pulev and Helenius are still in the prospect/contender stage and the list and excuses go on and on...

I'll be the first to tell you this is only an ok fight for Wlad but Mormeck isn't a bum.

LOL at the haters whining like little biatches about this fight. 1) It's a stay busy fight, nothing more. No one is claiming that it will define his legacy. 2) No other credible opponent wants to fight him in December. K2 made offers to Arreola, Helenius, Fury, Dimitrenko, and Povetkin. 3) Mormeck although older, is no bum, unless you think former Ring CW Champs are bums, in that case you should probably stop commenting and following boxing.

Haters would rather see the Klitschkos retire than fight, the only fights of theirs they liked were the ones in which the Klitschkos lost. Keep hatin you biatches, keep hatin.

Mormeck is actually a decent stay busy fight. He's a former Undisputed CW Champ and is coming off wins over Fres Oquendo and Timur Ibragimov at HW.

The Klitschko Brothers have cleaned out the HW division.
