Brook might have actually got the KO him if the ref hadn't been so full of ****.
Another Calzaghe/Manfredo level stoppage. Smh.

a tad premature, but I think the ref saved him from more punishment
it was getting too one sided

What's Kell learning from fighting guys like Jackiewicz...Nothing. He needs to step up and fight Jones,Berto or even Ortiz.

that was a typical "Howard Foster" stoppage
meaning, he's the fastest of all UK referees to stop a fight prematurely

You can't argue that the safety of the fighters is neglected in Britain, lol.
We need a middle ground - you can't stop that!
What would Howard Foster Jr done in Vitali vs Briggs?
1 jab lands followed by right-hand.
'You've had enough, son.'
Time of stoppage 34 seconds of the very first round.
Brook looked very solid though.

Thats how good Brook is, that referees have to stop fights rounds before they should.

UK referees tend to diminish the quality of UK boxers wins with premature stoppages like that one. Another example is in Tyson Fury's last fight.
Brook won every minute of every round, and didn't require the help of the ref. He would have won by
legit
KO/TKO within a round or two.

The point in Jackiewicz is to take Brook the distance, why stop this one, but not his fight against N'Dou?
I just don't understand why British refs suck so much.
