Also, if you're going to say Pac and Arum are the only people who matter, than Floyd is the only person who matters in his TEAM. And, the last thing we heard from Floyd was that if Manny agrees to testing up until fight day, they can fight.

Koncz even came out back in July and said Pacquiao never agreed to do any testing within 14 days.

Mayweather will NOT wait another year to fight again,he can't afford to. I also like the video, showing the 5 seconds a round that Ortiz had Floyd on the ropes and managed to land 2-3 punches, while the reas of the fight Floyd was hitting Ortiz at will almost.

You *****ed and moaned about Pac needing to take the tests and according to his promoter he will undergo WADA sanctioned testing the Philippines (for 3 weeks) and USADA testing in America (for probably 4-5 weeks). It's all semantics because the sticking point is no cut-off, which Mayweather demanded.

You guys just wanna believe he didnt agree to testing so you have an "out" if Floyd goes on vacation.
