Paciou hit ricky hatton 5 times and k.o.d him. He hit cotto maybe 20 times clean before cotto went down the first time. He hit margarito 448 time with clean power punches. He never went down, never quit, wanted to keep fighting and did. If he didn't get cut he would have won, eventually getting to mannys body. Wasn't even hurt near the end. And a word of advice for manny, if he fights floyd and thinks he has floyd in trouble enough to do that thing where he looks at the ref. To come and stop it, he may get "victor-ortiz'ed"

Robert Garcia is a good trainer, he will definitely have more future world champions in his stable, but he ****ed up this one, big time. He was there to protect his fighter from himself, but due to his indecisiveness, his fighter almost lost the chance to fight again, and to provide for his family. No matter how big your fighter's name in the boxing world, you should have the balls to make it YOUR CALL, and not your boxer's call...

manny got in the ring with margarito--that's something fineweather hasn't, and will never, do. As for Cotto, he's completely shot--marg will tko him inside of 5 and may even hurt him bad (I hope not).

LOL Margarito was hurt against Pacquiao but he idiotically decided to fight through it and almost lost an eye. I give him credit for being a warrior but you have to be smart at the same time. The key to beating Margarito is the body IMO which not many fighters have done since he keeps his hands kind of low to protect his body. However, given the fact that Margarito's defense is his face, Cotto needs to target the eye as well and see how well it holds up again. Anyway, thanks for the laugh about Floyd knocking Manny out. Manny has taken clean shots to the chin from stronger fighters (including middleweights in training) and none have affected him. It's Floyd who should be careful with Pacquiao's counter since Floyd has never fought anyone as fast AND powerful. Ortiz got caught clean because he was a human punching bag at the moment but it will not work against Pacquiao. The location of the hit was what knocked Ortiz out, not the power. Last of all, if Mosley was able to hurt Floyd as bad as he did and could not hurt Pacquiao, what do you think Manny will do to Floyd? Floyd never hurt Mosley; Pacquiao almost knocked him out! Anyway, Floyd needs to quit making excuses about why he won't fight Pacquiao. For a guy who's always talking about making that "paypah", he sure doesn't seem like he wants to get the biggest payday of his career. Then again, why do that if you can always be second-best after Pacquiao. Floyd knows Manny can and will beat him but he doesn't want to take the chance of getting destroyed because that's when the cash flow stops!

this is why i decided to support margarito again after he got caught cheating. . . he will never die! he will never surrender! he brings it all, and LEAVES it all in the ring. . .

yeah - he made a mistake - a HUGE mistake that could have had severe consequences worse than what happened to him. . . but in a way i think he knows he got his just desserts against mosley and pacquiao, and now he has moved on. . . i hope one day he comes clean and confesses. . .
