I can't see how Manny could get off against Floyd

Not even in the same realm of fighter. All 3 of those fighters are easier to bully because you can hit them ... all of them... whenever you want.

If you can do it enough, which Manny could, then you can bully them.

If you land one flush punch on Floyd it's a big deal because it barely ever happens.

Also, getting Floyd on the ropes is not bullying... not if you're ineffective.

Point being Manny can and has bullied much bigger fighters than Floyd.

If Manny is throwing punches Floyd can't just shoulder roll them and slip them, he has to fire back. If Floyd moves away, Pacquiao footwork will match is and continue the assault.

Pacquiao is not going to get tired or let up.

Both Ortiz and Mosley have bigger one punch power than Pac at WW. Pac's one punch knockout power is RIDICULOUSLY overrated. Outside of Hatton I really can't think of a one punch KO Pac has had in the last 5-6 years.

Some may see the Ortiz fight as proving Manny can't get off, but I see it as proof that he can. Ortiz was close several times, and even landed a good amount of times too. He showed you that Floyd can be hit in exchanges. Manny is not only faster than Vic, but he's more intelligent too.

And is also about 3 inches shorter, about 6 inches shorter reach, and at least 20 lbs lighter

It was clear to see... when Mosley used foot and head movement, Pacquiao just chased him around the ring... never cut it off.

Anyone else notice how Floyd was lunging with the right against Ortiz, his chin very exposed to the left hook over the top. Seemed a lot more open that usual.

Very difficult punch to time, but if any can Manny can.

Once Floyd's made his mind up about a pot shot or counter it's pretty impossible to time. Best way is to catch him in the exchanges.

Couple of other things to account for:

Manny has gotten frustrated in the past during fights he was not winning/dominating.

Floyd has been very tight at times in his biggest fights.
