Is Mayweather criticism divided by race?

Can the critics of Mayweather's KO against Ortiz be divided on racial lines? To my mind what Mayweather did was entirely above board. In that fourth round Cortez had warned Ortiz two times before deducting a point following the blatant Billy Goat Butt. Ortiz apologised twice before Cortez took him to a neutral corner and said "Let's go" before bringing both fighters to the centre of the ring. At that point the fight is back on and we all know how it ended. It wasn't too long ago Mosley got torn to shreds for continually tapping gloves with Pacquiao. Mayweather got applauded for hitting Mosley when Mosley wanted to hold a conversation with him during the fight. Now Mayweather is being crucified for hitting Ortiz after three fouls in the same round and having tapped gloves and hugged in acceptance of an apology. If anyone wants to say whether they agree or disagree with Mayweather followed by whether they class themselves as White or Non-White I'm sure you'll find a clear difference between the races.

I see what you mean, but it may equally prove that people are too staunch in their defence of Floyd (in all aspects of life) because he is black and so are they. So how do you say which side is unbiased?

Floyd being black or a so called "Nigg3r" is the foundation of most of the hate.
Floyds attitude only ads to the hate, it justifies it (In there minds). His attitude gives them an out, instead of just outrite hating him cause they hate nigg3rs they can lean on his antics.

If you look at the types of words they use to describe the "Sucker Punch" (Classless/Low Life/Cowardly/No Good ect..) these are all words they use to describe blacks anyway (Even before the "Sucker Punch). This is how they feel anyway.
If the situation were reversed, I'd bet my left nut that majority of the people would feel Floyd got what he deserved. Ands Vic would have been justified for retaliating....
          It's all insecurity.

They did not get what they prayed for, so now they are even more upset...

Maybe you just don't have any presence, maybe you're the type that when you walk in a room obody notices you.
Insecure and small people will always feel small around people who have presence.
I'm not loud nor ****y, but I do have presence and personality. You're just insecure is all, stop allowing your girl to watch interracial **** and it'll taper off.

The bolded part is so true. If Floyd headbutted Ortiz and Ortiz knocked him out in the same fashion these haters would say Floyd got what he deserved!

It was a legal but cowardly punch. Anybody who disagree is a hypocrite because if that was to happen to their fighter they would say the same thing. In other words if Ortiz was to do the same **** to Floyd they would say it was wrong.

Proud ****in White Man and I support Money no matter what. They hate Money because he has a big mouth. Honestly, Floyd is a good man outside the ring. He does a lot for his community, but the media dont show that.

Floyd in my opinion is one of the greatest of our time.

But of course... Haters will disagree.
