fanbase? majority of crowd was ortiz fans,i huge part of fans who bought fight were because of morales and canelo,if he were to fight timothy bradley and no latinos on the card,he wouldn't do so good i really think floyd beats pac,but the issue here is manny's fanbase,manny is adored and i really think floyd is jealous of that,that he doesn't have die hard fans like manny,manny brings thousands to his press conferences,floyd never has hoards of fans in the thousands like manny following him in vegas...remember when he said he liked that about hatton,how he had all those fans following him? i think floyd is jealous of manny's fans,how the fans adore him and follow him and floyd doesn't get that,

Did you see the episode of Joe Buck Live when Mayweather was a guest along with Mark Wahlberg? Joe mentioned that Mark was a fan of Pacquiao; Floyd interrupted to ask if Mark was a fan of Pacquiao 15 years ago when he (Floyd) was dominating boxing. It seemed that Floyd was envious of Manny's massive explosion in popularity in recent years. Mark went on to say that a potential Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is important for the sport of boxing. Floyd's response? "Well, I'm an American citizen. And, I believe...I want the American people to stand behind me." Sorry, but as misguided as American patriotism can be sometimes, that's not reason enough to cheer for Floyd. I've seen/read about Floyd making the same argument a few times...I'm American, therefore you should cheer for me.

I also enjoyed Floyd mentioning celebrities stopping by his training camp in the last episode of 24/7. I recognized 2 of those "celebrities." How many celebrities stop by Pacquiao's training camp? How many athletes shout-out Pacquiao? How many rappers shout-out Pacquiao?

Yea its hard to earn fans when u get in front of our troops and start flaunting money, cars, ect. My bro is active soldier is the military if he was there at the time conference took place I'm sure he would of got up and left. pac is a low key guy,not a loud mouth self promoting guy like mayweather,mayweather talks a lot therefore you get the attention of people,pac doesn't do that,he's quiet and respectful,,,pac probably doesn't listen to rap,and i say probably,maybe he doesn't know any and lets not forget,he doesn't speak english,i don't think canelo has rappers shouting out his name but he's known,,,floyd is just jealous
