He is nowhere near Martinez level. He will get straight Ko'ed. Im from the UK and half the boxing fans dont even know who he is

Quite a silly fight, it's crazy that the P4P no.2 is fighting someone that none of his countrymen have even heard of. Real boxing fans aside, nobody knows his name. Martinez will run him down, he should be fighting top top competition or even challenging the top names from more competitive divisions.

Ignore the guys that have posted, this guy was one fight away from making the olympic team. He's done it the hard way picking up the British title & European title on the way, he is no bum.

He's a tall guy that can & it's very likely will give Martinez big problems. Very fast hands & good movement, nice jab & likes to fight at range. He's had a few set backs in his career (injuries & attacked outside a nightclub) He's had a lot of experience against southpaws & I believe sparred & trained with Joe Calzaghe.
He does lack power but he's not feather fisted by all means, he has enough power to command respect.
I am not saying he will pull the upset off but he certainly has the tools & it won't be no walk in the park for Martinez.

People give the robotic european level Dzinziruk a chance. Barker is a hell of a lot more skilled than Dzinziruk.

I am telling you & anybody who is willing to listen, Barker is no scrub & if he brings his A game then he is more than capable of given Sergio massive problems.

Classic case of overrating a fighter & underrating another. I do think Sergio will win but it's not going to be an easy fight at all.

THIS is what i love to hear. this is how pound for pound fighters gain respect...by blowing out fighters you believe should give them major problems.

i did not expect martinez to eradicate williams, i did not expect him to out-jab and rubberneck dzinziruck and now, on your word, i do not expect him to have a "roy jones jr. versus random contender" fight against barker.

IF he does, and i don't mean get hit by some punches, as martinez is aggressive to the point that defense is abandoned at times to get-off, but if he does look awe-inspiring against barker, i want to see that rise in respect from both of us.
