The same old arguement is made here and is getting ridiculous. The testing was agreed to.. but the latest and greatest is that now is has to be the USADA only. meaning now he is telling Manny where he can train. Can't be in the Phillipines, because the USADA does not go out of the US. So who is really making the excuses. There has been write up after write up about this. They agree, then another speed bump is thrown into the mix. The ******ed thing is that we just can't have this fight and both sides are going to blame the other forever. Manny fans are going to blame Floyd, Floyd fans are going to blame Manny. Manny being on steroids keeps being the excuse for the Olympic style drug testing that FLOYD DEMANDS, but Floyd jumped up in weight classes just like Manny. The quickness of Manny doing this over Floyd gets brought up. Manny started in the 90's at 16 from 1995 to 2008 it took him to get to Welterweight. So from a teen to a man, he put the weight on, yeah real su****ious.

Oh wait Floyd started in the Super Featherweight Division in the 90's as well and climbed in weight... naturally getting bigger as he got older and felt out in body... just like all human beings. At 16 I was 155 and by 37 I am 190.. no steriods.. and no weight training. Point being that the biggest deal is made of Manny gaining weight, but Floyd did almost the same, with no mention about it being a big deal. And oh wait as we get older we get stronger, wow really, and we peak. Stop with the excuses.. just fight and get this crap over with. All your doing is keeping the boxing fans from seeing a great fireworks show between two great fighters.. PERIOD

USADA is the USA testing facility. I dont remember anyone saying he must train here but he will evenetually come here as he always does unless this is the first time he fully trains in the phillipines. If he does then come one thats just su****ious but i dont think Roach will allow that unless he knows something we dont. But as for the weight issue, i agree men grow and gain weight but comparing yourself to fighters in terms of weight gain is absurd. You even admitting not lifting a weight or training. These guys train hard all the time and to gain weight in the manner that Pac did 3 weight classes in 2 years is crazy for a boxer. Not to mention bringing more speed and power to the higher classes. Not saying he is on PED but the excuses to not take test are getting old and no he didint agree cause its always something new but hey he called him out on national TV so lets see what happens. But overall your logic is fogged.

No , i never suggested there should be year round blood testing - learn how to read first lol! I just said theoretically speaking - even mayweather's olympic "style" blood testing is beatable by simply taking a year off.

USADA contract the blood screening to an independent laboratory, they just administer the process.

Pacquiao would be judged on the results of his blood test, not on bias by the company who administers it.

Dont recall any issues from Mayweater bout money except for that 100 mil request where the ONLY source was Arum
