Gamboa running?

I see alot of threads stating gamboa is either ducking or running from fighters in his division. Can anyone else who is spanish co-sign that when kellerman asked if gamboa would fight mikey, gary, etc..when they were ready, gamboa said without flinching or stuttering and verbatim without changing a word "if they feel they are ready and are the best in the division then I am ready to fight anyone".


He didnt flinch, duck, or try to change the topic and addressed the question perfectly. Now i'm a fan of Gamboa, not a nuthugger, but what's right is right and how he responded verbatim towhat I wrote in spanish. He willl fight anyone. No ducking, no running on his part.

Yesss I confirm this, and he said it with out a flinch or doubt in his voice...he said whenever they're ready he'll be ready to fight them too, anyone.

Gamboa won't make it past 135lbs tho, unless he can keep his speed, 140 at 5'5 will be very hard for him. 130lbs will be his best weight class, he'll have his career highlights at that weight class, I just hope Nonito makes it up there soon, and Gamboa-Broner can happen too..

i'm pretty sure gamboa is confident he can beat anyone at 126... I just don't like it when he just potshots a clearly inferior opponent...

Yes frosty-g got it, gamboa isn't ducking anyone, and I also cosign warcotto 130 is the best possible division for him where he should be able to perform comfortably and possibly be alot more active even though I believe that his lulls are due to his amateur mentality.
