I would be hard-pressed to believe that there is any agency that is giving, or has given, more than a cursory look at what Victor Conte is doing now.
What agency would that be? DEA? IRS? USDA? FDA?
Which agency are you saying is giving this intensive scrutiny or oversight to what Victor Conte is doing?

The question is why would you hire someone whose only expertise in creating undetectable PEDS, if you're clean? You wouldn't.
Conte is not a doctor or a nutrition expert, the guys a failed musician who assembled a bunch of scientists to help him make MANY different strains of UNDETECTABLE PEDS, which he sold though his sports nutrition company, called BALCO.
Looks like he is back to his old tricks.

Froch is fighting Ward no matter what.
Floyd is not fighting Pacquiao no matter what.
There is the difference.
Froch is asking for tests
Floyd is demanding tests
------------
Both are implying cheating. The only difference is you like Pac and Froch so your stance changes. If Ward had asked Froch testing you'd have said, he never asked for testing against all the other S6 fighters so he shouldn't for Froch.
It's only because he thinks he'll lose to Froch that he's asking for testing etc
You'll deny this and i don't have the time to argue, but anybody that knows you well enough on this forum or has seen you on the other ones where your bias for Pac and any fighter you like became legendary will know what I'm on about.

It's all about staying ahead of the law, they don't go to victor for his drugs, while he did design the cream and the clear, they go for his knowledge of how to beat tests, how to cycle, mask and fool the system. I do not recall any of his athletes testing positive it was all associated guilt and victor turned rat. Remember people, in sports, legal is whatever you get away with. Drug testing is a sham especially in boxing, Olympic style drug testing is different, since atlanta1996, they keep these samples long term for retesting whenever reliable tests come out or new drugs come to light. These are blood tests. To date there are no relible tests for HGH, and only recently have epo tests taken a step forward. And no these boxers are not tested for either, and rarely is blood taken for use other than to detect communicable diseases. The threat of future testing is non existent. So really as long as your not Fernando Vargas ****** and take a horse steroid like Winstrol the morning of the biggest fight of your life, one where they will piss test you. You really don't need a victor conte, just an Internet connection and the ability to read at a fourth grade level.

He worked with one cyclist, a female, and her conviction was based largely on the obvious "masculinizing effects" the substances had on her.
There was no "slimming down" or "blood doping" going on with anything Conte did.
It's obvious why you want Ward tested and when he is found to be clean you will just continue to smear him by saying the tests cannot catch Conte's drugs or he is a cheat inside the ring, or whatever other argument you want to invent to make you feel better about Kessler's humiliating effort against him.

Completely agree.
If Ward agrees to the testing then what's the point in him doing so if they won't find anything if he is cheating.
When you look at the two fighters Froch's the one more likely to be on something power and chin wise.
I don't think either fighter is. Either drug test and accept the results or no drug test because it's pointless anyway according to some.
Can't have it both ways.

We know that steroids are a part of every sport, most of the time, if you have enough money, you will get the special juice that won't be find by these tests.
In the end, it all comes down to integrity and how you value your own health.
Should an athlete ask for these tests ?
Should athletes be tested every now and then ?

Shame that you as well as other posters go for the man and not the issue. You are better than this.
Conte has said that he can beat any system implemented today except for random testing, so if that scheme is implemented immidiately, I think it's safe to say that the fight is on even terms.
