Pacquiao and Marquez are the same size.
So why not 140 if they are the same weight? 140 being in the middle of LW and WW.

There is a reason boxing has weight classes. "ring weight" isn't a weight class. Now carry on.

      Nice try, Pac*****

and, no. His ring weight is not the same as Manny. Can Manny fight at LW now?
He was not carrying any excess fat as he did when he fought Floyd, looked in great condition.

Marquez has got himself a conditioning coach and a nutritionalist, against Floyd he just drank his own urine and got fat.

Manny and Marquez ring weight when they fight will be roughly the same 2lbs in it.

And Pacquiao can still make lightweight but will have to cut like Marquez does to make it.

Coke is a hell of a drug. I'm glad he called it a day even if it was a few fights too late.
Hatton only turned to coke after Pacquiao blasted him out in two round.

Hatton was comming off his best career performance before facing Pacquiao.

its a good thing he did when he did because there is no way he could have taken any more beatings like he did against all A class opposition. He got exposed by Gayweather and Disposed by PacMan. He was just too one dimensional for his own good and once he lost once he was not the same. Better early than late in my opinion.

Why not a no limit on weight if they're the same weight? They should both weigh about the same in the mid to high 140s on fight night anyway. There is a reason boxers fight around the same weight. What is your problem?

thank you...these people want to talk crap about one of the greatest fighters of all time without any proof of PED's because floyd doesn't want to risk a loss against the only fighter around thats a hall of famer in pac...go get some proof and facts before taking the words of a bunch of crackheads...

either way you put we are witnessing history with pacquaio because his one of those fighters that comes around every 100 years or so

So you are saying Hattons best career performance was against Paulie Malignaggi? Lol

Marquez don't listen to Morales! that strategy will get you knocked out. The first 2 fights when you decided to attack early it got you dropped (4 times total). Stick to your counterpunching technique. Even though it won't be enough this time around. Pac is gonna be by far the superior fighter regardless what gameplan Marquez brings.

and so did Baldomir (Gatti KO rd 9), De la Hoya (Ricardo Mayorga TKO rd 6), Hatton (Jose Luis Castillo KO rd 4), JMM (Juan Diaz KO rd 9), Mosley (Antonio Margarito KO rd 9) when Mayweather fought them right? All coming off of KO's.

Can't say that about Hoya (Forbes UD "win"), Cotto (Clottey SD "win"), Clottey (hasn't won a fight since 2008), Margarito (KO'ed by Mosley) and Mosley (got a DRAW vs a TV contender) when Pac fought them now can we? In all actuality, Pac's been fighting fighters coming off there "WORST" career performances...

LOL at you saying Paul Malignaggi was Ricky Hatton's "best career performance"....

Again, JMM is not a WW Champion and Pac is not a LW Champion. Can Pac fight at LW since they're the "same size"?
