How can a testimony be taken in "relative part" if the defendant has taken the stand? If he took the stand he took the stand. And when he says "in relation to the motions that are in front of the judge" I'm assuming that he meant motion for dismissal of case against these particular litigants cause that is exactly what ended up happening next. What kind of testimony is in "relative part" and in relation to a motion for dismissal? Exactly. A written statement from their attorneys. As a matter of fact I would be willing to bet that the same testimony that Petrocelli is talking about is the statement that was also given to the media. Oscar De la Hoya was in rehab during the time all of this transpired. Are you saying that he took the stand? And I don't know why you're trying to convince me that this case is going to trial when that has already been established. I never said anything about it not going to trial even though it lacks merit. Like I said before, Civil suits hardly ever get thrown out of court outright even if they do lack merit. So you know that a civil suit involving two huge celebrities was never going to get thrown out. This lawsuit is a PR campaign. Simple, no more, no less...

This is illogical, can't you guys debate the topic based on facts and not insulting us with name calling or coming up with junk like this. Floyd asked for additional testing & Manny refused, that is very su****ious. It's the same thing as if Floyd refused to allow Freddie Roach in the locker room before the fight to watch Roger wrap Floyd's hands. Floyd don't have a history of loading his gloves but that would be very su****ious and as a Mayweather fan I could never defend nor support His refusal. I don't see how Pacquiao fans can support Manny's refusal. You guys shouldn't turn a blind eye to the situation.
