These are within the rules of ALL world boxing commisions that`s why they were approved.

Somebody suggested the other day that were the roles reversed then Mayweather would do exactly the same thing.

The poster suggested that had Pac (or any other fighter) directed racial insults toward Mayweather, then Floyd would initiate legal action immediately.

I stated that if the guy fought at 147, Mayweather would punch his face in, bank the cheque, and then laugh his head off.

It is absurd that Pacquiao is proceeding with legal action so that he can "prove himself", but will still not take the test, has just furnished his 8th (and most ridiculous) excuse yet, but yet proudly insists that he really wants to fight Mayweather.
