                      FACT: Manny Pacquiao has only ever fought two welterweights at 147, one was an old man, and the other one was a bum, neither were ranked higher than 4, and neither should have been ranked in the top 5.

                      Pac ducked Cotto at 147.

                      Pac ducked Shane Mosley TWICE back when Shane was the #1 welter. Manny only fought Shane once the whole world could see that Mosley was old, shot, and could no longer pull the trigger.

                      Pac ducked Floyd Mayweather. Either that or he is likely a steroid user.

                      Pac ducked Victor Ortiz, citing that he was " too green ".

                      Ortiz ****** Manny around in sparring, and then put on a stellar performance to beat a guy who was on Manny's own short-list, but Pac would not fight him ?

                      Manny has never faced a welterweight who was ranked as high as Ortiz, so how can Victor be "too green"?

                      When is the last time Pac fought a guy who was young, fast, skilled, hungry, prime, and right on top of his game?

                      And Pac also ducked every genuine JMW on the planet.
