I don't think some of you guys understand what a random test is. A random test doesn't have a cut off date and Manny wants a cut off date. that means Manny isn't agreeing to a random test. the damn thing isn't hard to understand.

Like i said before it works both ways. Every fighter is willing to fight Manny without a random test expect one guy. Well, every fighter is willing to take a random test to fight Mayweather except one guy. Seriously, stop being so damn bias people.

But of course pac fans always forget to point this out.
if you're not interested in any more negotiation taking place, that just means you're not really interested in the fight.
i'm just wondering why floyd fans keep bringing it up.
if you're not interested in any more talks and the first negotiation is all you care about, then what's the point?
negotiations don't end in one round. they can be held as many times as the parties want them to.
what's your point, anyway?

Yes there are videos of PAc saying he'll take tests. But you and I know the issue wasn't taking tests but the cutoff date, which, if pac fans are being honest, became more of an issue because pac "forgot" about the 24 day tests prior to the Hatton fight. Pac and his camp onl;y went to 24 days because they were caught in a lie.
Dunn, that's why I said no one knows, coz the problem here is deep rooted.
All we have is a lying scumbag of a promoter, who hates Floyd, and a Yes-man in Pacquiao, who just entrusted his soul into Arum, IMO will be fatal in the long run.
All I'm saying is no one's really sure if Pac really did refuse the test, coz in his interviews there's none with him saying so. And why is he not calling out Arum is beyond me. Maybe debt of gratitude, or he just plain trusted Arum's lead. No one knows.
All the stans have right now are their own opinions, and it all boils down who's logic makes sense, but sure is far from the truth.

floyd's balls in entering the pac negotiations is what is lacking in this fight.
