It is about being a shot caller. The shot caller in Mayweather wants OST. Now, Pac fought Cotto and Margarito at a catchweight. Why? Cuz Pac is the shot caller. David Haye went to fight Wladimir on Klitschkos terms.

Mayweather had no problem fighting opponents with just the NSAC drug test. Then when Pac fight came, he demanded OST. Of course Mayweather is gonna demand OST on any other opponents cuz if he doesn't, it means his single out Pacquiao. If Floyd demanded an OST against Hatton, then there wouldn't be doubt on why Floyd wanted OST against Pac. But he didn't.

The first negotiation broke down. Pac wanted 18 days(corrections). Then after the Clottey fight, team Pac agreed to 14 day. Well, Floyd went on vacation. Then Pac said he agreed to the testing on a video(it was posted here in BS). Now the only way to find out is when Floyd goes on the negotiation.

nobody in top rank is a shot caller besides bob arum, reason Floyd became this "shot caller'" when he fired bob and left top rank.

Now your lying. We all know pac has not yet agreed. Catch up to the news. It's been settled that team pac are at fault by adding an 8th excuse about the USADA being biased towards the pac. They couldn't have agreed at any time if this was a serious issue and not just another excuse.

Remember chief, pac ducked Floyd to fight clottey and after that one must assume USADA was still biased and they couldn't have agreed then either. Team pac have been exposed.
