Primetime is advertising "from 1am" on their looped promo. 1am UK is 8pm EST...or in other words, twenty minutes from now.
They will only be showing a couple of undercard bouts then (or showing tape-delayed fights).
Most of the card is over.
James Kirkland, Ronny Rios, Jamie Kavanaugh, and Josiah Judah have all fought already. The Gary Russell Jr. and Peter Quillin bouts are the only ones left that could air live (and I'm not sure if Quillin-LeHoullier isn't supposed to be part of the HBO broadcast as a lead-in to Khan-Judah). There will probably be lots of downtime at the Mandalay Bay, as HBO's broadcast is still two hours and twenty minutes away.
