he looks like a game character i think Zab's gonna land fast hard shots and often he should stalk Kahn hard around the ring and then time him when he plants his feet he'll knock his head off his shoulders

looks like zab has done his part. lets hope khan is preparing just as hard
and then we have a fight

this fight could turn out to be better than mayweather vs pacquiao
      ever could be

its not about the names . its about when two fighters go in there
and give it the best. thats what makes great fights

lets hope khan is just as prepared if not more so.

this fight could be just what boxing needs right now

Everybody is on ***n PEDs. Some of you guys don't know what hard work is if it bit you in the asz. It's ***n direspectful to athletes that sacrifice and dedicate themselves working their asz off in the gym, on the road and at the dinner table. Whether I like a particular fighter or not, I'll acknowledge that dudes are warriors. Not everyone is on PEDs so don't disrespect these guys until you KNOW. Nuff said
LMAO, great post. I get tired of the roid excuse as well. It's like some people have never been to the gym or tried to gain any muscle before. I put on almost 20 pounds of muscle in one year using nothing more than protein powder, creatine, 5 meals per day, and working out 5 days a week.

In an earlier article Ariza said Khan worked on strengthening his legs.

So this will be a battle of the upper body vs the lower body.

You're talking like Khan has great stamina or something, he doesn't.. he was clearly tiring against Maidana that's why he was almost KTFO, and he was tiring down the stretch against Mccloskey too before they stopped the fight I think the difference between them is Judah starts to tire around rds 5 to 8 but if you don't press him he will catch his 2nd wind also a lot of times Judah doesn't really actually show fatigue he just stops leting his hands go for a while so its kinda hard to tell when he really tired and when to press(via Mabuza), Khan, he just gasses almost completely around rd 10 and it shows when he's tired punch power decreases, starts swinging widly, gets caught a lot...ect ect Khan wastes a lot of punches an energy early in fights

              i agree completely

with 6- 10 grams of creatine daily and supplemented protein(depending on your goals).

with heavy lifting, especially dead lifts and squats and such, a person can

easily add 10-12 lbs of muscle in a year or less.

the body is a magnificent machine, God is truly amazing,

if one could take a physiology class they could understand the true achievements it can honestly make without cheating....

but people ignorantly jump to the ped card

              sad

Zab is looking beastly and he has Pernell Whitaker working on his skills. Win or lose it seems like he is going to put his best foot forward here.

I'll hold of any Conte talk until i see the media workout.
Yea but Zab's best weight is 140lb and never should have been at 147lb tbh..Remember Zab was looked at as a small WW..I believe he makes 140lb much more easy then he was making 147lb...

He looks strong though....his speed will only be slightly diminished so he will be close to Khan's speed

I agree,I wonder what Zab's game plan is??Why does he need so bulk up for??Does he plan on roughing Khan up on the inside,or is it for more power behind his punches I wonder..But he is looking conditioned for 12 hard rds, this should be a good fight..I'm leaning towards Khan in this fight but Judah has a very good chance and is making me into a believe tbh..I say a 60/40 kinda fight imo..
