Comments Thread For: Bob Arum: Manny Pacquiao Will Fight Five More Times

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum is planning to stage at least five more fights for WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, and that includes the trilogy with Juan Manuel Marquez, which is scheduled for November 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Arum sees Pacquiao fighting for at least two more years and then calling it a career.

When TR signed Kermit, its not suprising that he would be a possible opponent of Pac.

If Bradley sign with TR, he will be the 3rd fighter(that i know off) that went from Shaw to Arum.

Either way Floyd needs a tune up....But lets talk about the things Pac said...He said he agreed...Now...He does not have to agree if he doesnt want to....But WHY LIE and say u agreed if u didnt?....Are u ducking or are u juicing?...Then we look at his opponent.s...nuthing but bums coming off losses....I give him credit for Cotto...I really do even tho he was damaged and drained, I give him credit for that...but Floyd keeps stepping up, Im starting to belive that Mayweather isnt scared of ANYTHING considering the fact that he fights guys that Pac wont fight....He is fighting a guy that beat the **** out of Pac in sparring

If you think Cintron has melted down on the big stage on just HBO, imagine what he will come up with on PPV against Manny.

cintron vs. pac would be a decent fight. but as of right now, cintron has not done **** to make anybody believe he deserves that fight. not that it matters to arum of course.

And as I have been saying for well over a year now.....

That is exactly why he did it, Arum is out of bums.

If Pac is only fighting for 2 1/2 more years, why not have him fight 3X instead of twice per year? He should've done that this year, took no damage in the Mosley fight. Could've taken a few weeks off, then taken on JMM in the summer, Bradley in the late fall/winter.
