He won`t fight a big fight. He`ll most likely fight a journeyman as a warm up and to keep in shape and take a world title fight in April or so.

Who are possible opponents for Wlad in december??

It'll be a top 50 type fighter, probably Euro, though a Ray Austin type is an American type that would provide some work. He just wants to stay sharp and in shape for 2006.

He should get rid of Ruiz, Toney wont stand a chance, no power to hurt Wlad and big height disatvantage, plus he never fought a guy with as much power as Wlad...just a mismatch. So Ruiz looks like a good warm up.

I would think Byrd would be the quickest fight to sign. Byrd wants to stay active, Wlad wants to stay active. Byrd wants to see $$$, Wlad can bring in some $$$. King wants to get rid of Byrd, Wlad is can help King out.
I think a Brewster re-match will not happen until mid next year. For Wlads marketability, K2 should not throw too many power punchers in a row against Wlad. Not only does Wlad have a good chance of losing, against Power punchers Wlad does not look as good when he wins. Mix em up a bit.
I see Toney being more interested in a fight with Vitali than Wlad. Brock is not out of the question. Mcbride would be a quick night. Williamson would welcome a real payday.

Peter was a high profile fight, and his fight for the WBO or IBF title in the early spring will be a big fight.
He's stated that he wants a tune up in December, and that's fair.
However, his camp had better be very careful who they select.
In my mind, the problem with Wlad is that he'd blow through Byrd again, but is more at risk of losing to a tune up level opponent.
They'd just better make sure it's not a journeyman with a big punch.

Ruiz holds his gaurd up high, and tries to initiate the clinch.
Wlad would knock his gaurd down with his left hand, and land straight rights on the quiet man.
That fight would not go the distance.
