Floyd Mayweather Sr. or any of the Mayweathers can not go directly to the Nevada Athletic Commission to complain because the commission already knows that the Mayweathers are just throwing roadblocks to prevent the Pacquiao/Mayweather fight to happen. You don't have to be highly educated to know what is going on, just common sense.

well thats the point of OST you could be teated right before the fight.the purpose of OST is to prevent the use of masking agents. thats why they test early and continue until they are satisfied there is no ped use. thats the reason you need ost. your right people are not that ******. and as more and more fighters demand ost and fighters accept it, its going to cast a large shadow on those that resist ost. and it should.

Not only that. I'm still baffled how people think Oscar won that fight with Floyd? The only thing that made people like Oscar in that one was because he was aggressive but other than that. Floyd was outboxing and outlanding Oscar.
