One thing you don't really seem to see are fans of Evander Holyfield. Sure, he has his admirers, but does he have love? I can't remember seeing someone on here saying he should fight on.
Yet Scrap always attracts a deeper feeling, it seems. I've even seen a generally sensible member of this forum (I won't shame them, they know who they are) claim they think he could still unify.
Whether Tyson's knee blew or not against Williams (and if his knee DID blow, doesn't that tell you something??) the guy is fifteen years past his prime. He's still got a punch, but even on a good day (and 2004's Tyson was better than the one that faced Lewis) he can't go for two and a half rounds without getting out of breath.
For me, I'm currently deluded over RJJ - I'd love him to come back. But for those who think Tyson hasn't been washed up ever since he went to jail (and won back the title by beating Frank Bruno, of all people!) then I'm attaching a poll.
