Anyone who argues against drug testing is a moron. How would someone look telling a job employer, "nah, I don't want to take a random drug test, I'm good." The drug testing is not an unreasonable request.

He's misinformed in the sense that he think Floyd is only asking Manny to take the test alone, and also the fact that he completely ignored the demands that Manny made as well.

I have respect for Hagler and any comment he has to say on the issue. I look at this issue as if I had su****ions regardless why or even warranted. I would go with my gut, if my gut says he might be juicing then I would standby my reasoning. It is my career my record my livelyhood on the line. I would not want to be cheated out of that.

Just take Cotto for example only if he knew his career, record, and name would mean something different. I do see where Hagler is coming from, as he is saying that is offensive and who are you to dictate, but he is not asking something he isnt willing to do himself.

Regardless public opinion of Pacquiao is declining with the fights he taking and these allegations that he clearly not willing to clear up. It would now be to his best interests than Mayweathers at this point. Even if he doesnt fight Mayweather just take this style test and beat a formidable opponent and the fashion that you been doing. For his benefit f*** Mayweather at this point. Just save face at this point.
