well asking for a 10 million dollar fine, saying he's scared of needles, said he needs two weeks gap, filed a lawsuit..can we and should we believe this guy??? He's talking big when he's in a distance but once the fight is about to be made he came with those above mentioned excuses..roach and arum know that pac has no chance against floyd, that guy uses his head to block punches and his karate footwork is not very impressing either..the thing is they gotta keep feeding him with shi* opposition because he sells good, too many ******s follow him and praise him like he was a God and if he loses to floyd his political career would be over..no one supports a loser.

“I know exactly how to tell my son [how] to beat Pacquiao. I know how to tell my son how to beat him, but, you know what? You gotta remember, every day, he’s getting older,” stated Floyd Mayweather Sr., who spoke about his son, Floyd Mayweather Jr., and the possibility of a fight with Manny Pacquiao. According to Mayweather Sr., although he’s confident that he has the right gameplan to secure a victory over the Filipino superstar, he’s concerned that his son may be spending too much time away from the ring and may require, not one, but possibly two tune-up fights before a fight with Pacquiao can come to fruition.

“I don’t care who it is, man. Anybody that stays out of a ring, I don’t give a damn who they is…it’s something to be concerned about, anybody being out a length of time, because boxing, man, you have to, in order to stay crisp and sharp, you gotta be sparring and stuff,” Mayweather Sr. would tell FightHype’s own Ben Thompson in an exclusive interview. “It is a deal where he might have to fight a couple of tune-ups.”

Sr's bull**** was ended quicker than usual. Have a good night suckers

BC: There's already a video on another website that Manny Pacquiao said, he's going to take the full testing. Haven't you heard about it?

FM: I don't really spend time on the internet. Here's the thing, if he says he gonna take the test then I don't know what to say anymore. It's up to my son now if he will still take that fight. You know, just because this guy said he will take the test the promoters are still the ones who are going to handle it. Now we don't know what will happen with that one. If you gonna ask me I think that he should not fight. Let me put it this way, the people want my son to lose. Therefore, that's the only way he can beat him is because it's gonna be what the people want. You know what I mean? He wouldn't agree to the full testing now if there's nothing going to be behind it. He can't beat my son unless he putting something in there. But if it ain't what he putting in his body then there's something else. Why he got to say yes now?

why do i think this will be ignored by "those" people.

            All i know is this:

When this fight was actually in danger of getting made the first time in January, when both sides (Arum, Haymon, Ellerbe, Koncz etc) were actually sitting at opposite sides of a table (and not ferrying messages via carrier pigeon and dropping silly comments in the press) Floyd agreed to a 10 million dollar penalty per pound should he come in overweight, a 50-50 purse split, 8oz gloves (fighters choose brand), standard ring size, his name first for promotional purposes and he comes to the ring second. Manny also agreed to all of these terms.

The difference is this. Mayweather wanted OST for the fight for BOTH fighters to be conducted by an independent organisation with no affiliation with the NSAC, commission or any boxing promoter. Manny Pacquaio did not.
That is what happened. Furthermore Manny Pacquaio and his cohorts knowing this would look bad leaked false information (they actually outright lied) to the press to the effect that they were willing to compromise in order to get the fight done with a 14 day cuut-off period, which they said Mayweather rejected despite the protestations of his advisors Al Haymon and Leaonard Ellerbe. What actually happened is the exact opposite.

this nonsense again. . . **** these damn test excuses fighters hide behind. pascal almost made an attempt to hide behind it, but like a man, he moved on.

floyd, just do your job and box and stop acting like you're scared to face ONE fighter because of tests. Sr. whatever your job is, stick to it; keep making poetry, you are a pretty clever poet.

They're not gonna fight. Now that Pacquiao said in a video interview that he's willing for a no-cutoff testing, Floyd Sr, is again insinuating that he's into something else. I wouldn't be surprised if he comes up with some mythical PED that NSAC and OST will not be able to detect. I wonder how you can detect "natural talent" in the lab.

It's different to say something when there is no negotiation going on of any kind, and you don't have to put pen to paper on a contract. When it mattered, when this fight was close to getting actually made he declined it. Now if they ever start up a real negotation again and he accepts OST and floyd doesn't want the fight, then we will know he truly doesn't want it.
