          Manny Pacquiao never agreed to blood testing with no cut off....and EVEN if he did, WHAT TOOK SO LONG????

          Was him and Roach trying to find a new type of HGH that can't be traced by blood testing???? He should have agreed to it the first time.

            you dumb! floyd demand was the first in boxing history!! he did accepted it in here we go *****s and floyd deny pac's video..haha by the way from your list? how did they accept the test? through vid and interview also? same with pacman!hahaha
