Berto a hypejob? Probably, but a hypejob that was able to drop Ortiz numerous times none the less.
i want u to tell us how great ortiz is? and how much experience he has in the WW division? and tell us whos the guys he beats in the WW?

There's nothing wrong with Ortiz, the fact is that Mayweather and Pacquiao are too good for any opponents in any of the surrounding divisions. The only fight that would realistically challenge the 2 of them is a fight with Sergio Martinez, but that's a huge jump in weight.

Unless they are going to fight each other then i don't really want to see them in action because it's not competative anymore.

The majority of casual fans are saying Ortiz doesn't have the experience to beat Mayweather. The Hernandez fight has been brought up and can be used for the sake of this argument as well. I'm not saying that Ortiz is going to outclass Mayweather at all but a south paw, coming off an impressive win, has power with both hands and has youth on his side? That's a recipe for disaster, yet Mayweather chose to fight him.

Cotto? Cotto at this period in time is nothing more than a name on a resume. Like I said he's too shellshocked to beat a top competitor, unless its JCC Jr. of course.

Which part? That Cotto is past prime or that JCC Jr. is an over hyped fighter?

Sad to see Ortiz earn his spot at ww, and once he signs to fight Mayweather, is downplayed into an overhyped, green fighter. Sad, but not unexpected. Haters always going to hate, but the funny part is, If it were Pac fighting Ortiz these *******s would be talking about how he's fighting a young lion, a true warrior coming off of a great win and debut at ww & if it were May who was rematching Marquez at ww he would get ****ing crucified.

& yet I still haven't heard a single person come up with a better fight at ww other then Pac besides Ortiz.

You can't call Ortiz green. The dude is a champion! I don't think we need excuses, Floyd picked this fight because it will make him look good, all the odds are against Victor so actually he has nothing to lose.

nahh. there's a big difference. *****s actually wanted pac take on more "challenging" fights like berto, who was finally exposed by ortiz, just to denigrate pac's wins over big guys like clottey, margarito and cotto. in short, *****s actually recommend guys like berto for pac. you want a link? if that is the case then they would not object to an ortiz fight.
