Chavez Jr is fighting C level fighters at best. Going the distance with guys like Duddy, not doing enough with Zbik. Cotto is at least one level higher than these guys, he'd crush Chavez Jr, give him first loss.

The point is that Cotto wants to become the first Puerto Rican to win titles in 4 different divisions. But offcourse if Margarito can go he will go after that rematch because of the money and payback.
