there lies your problem. the accuser has the burden of proof. not the accused. unwillingness to take the test doesn't constitute guilt. you don't just accuse people without proof. unless you're living in north korea or some african countries.

He dosent have to prove Pac is on or used PEDS as it cannot be proven , he only has to prove why he believes he is and that he answered in his professional opinion when a reporter asked him .

He has not shown to be 100% clean , advanced testing was not done and has never been done on him , so all he has showed is a urine sample just like so many others that were later guilty of PED use ., do you have any idea how easy it is to beat a urine test , just give some other sample , nobody is holding Mannys **** ,,,lol a piss test in boxing is like no test , I know guys that smoke weed and pass piss tests by having a small bag in their pants and a thin tube running down their **** ,,, piss test is a joke .

I don't see how they have a case against the Mayweather's.

I have always felt they had a case against Oscar De la Hoya and Golden Boy promotions cuz' of their comments. But, I never felt they had a case against anybody from the Mayweather camp.
