Possibly some legal fees which at this point would be relatively light and would only be a portion considering they were only part of the lawsuit.

They said he only wanted an apology and he got what he wanted, no need to go on if he got what he wanted from them~

The reason it could be undisclosed is they still have pending litigation and if it is known that GBP didn't really have to pay would not look good on Manny claiming damages from others~

It doesn't really benefit anyone (other than the lawyers) to be involved in a case like this so better to just end it for everyone involved.
"They said he only wanted an apology"... my goodness, Arum is a highly skilled lawyer as well as being a very intelligent man. What ANYONE says, (never mind Arum) and what he swears to under oath can be two very different things...........

This was only a public statement, because of the high profile and large publicity.

If they wanted a lot GBP would have just continued on fighting but they took a cheap sure way out which is logical because it moves the ball forward and means they have less to worry about. Same for the other side.
Read the damn article. Says the terms of the agreement are confidential, meaning there was more to it than just a public apology, which was just a PR stunt.

Golden Boy backing off the Marquez fight was clearly part of the arrangement, and that's worth about $70+ million to Top Rank alone.

That's why I said " just a guess" and "ThePrince" expounded it further. It was a confidential settlement between the two party, and thus we are all speculating to our own biases or rather "educated guess" for the PC crap. Whatever those confidential settlements be, I hope TR and GBP remain true to their words and give us boxing fans what we been craving - a real superbowl of boxing.

                    right.

Depends on the sides and what they want there are reasons for both to want it to be kept quiet though, which is why it is undisclosed.

I would not expect GBP to be paying out very much though in this situation, they offered an easy way out GBP took it because who wants to be in the uncertainty of litigation, that goes for both sides.

I give Pac props for agreeing to the settlement.
Arum might have been awarded up to $100 million if he'd won the case....PLUS all legal costs, and interest on the money since the writ was issued.
