if pac was to agree, ON PAPER, for no cut-off... he would probably get the same benefit... but the fact team pac is fighting so hard for a cut-off, makes them look suspect...

IMO, i dont think pac is on PEDs... clottey/margs/shane was NOT impressive... pac's punch output & angles beat cotto, nothing else... and i find it INCREDIBLY hypocritical that the mayweathers will degrade pac as a boxer but claim his performances are unnatural in the same breath.

to be COMPLETELY honest, team pacquiao dropped the ball on this one from a press/media sense... floyd was considered a "coward", a racist, a domestic abuser, etc... the media DIDNT believe pac was cheating... this was the PERFECT time for pac to take advantage and get meaningful wins over berto/bradley/alexander/etc... and continue his run as a TRUE p4p king... but INSTEAD, he let everyone down by being bob arums puppet. arum gave undeserving paydays to clottey/margs/shane... pac's reputation, from boxing fan/media, has gone to ****...

if floyd was to come back and defeat ortiz to get the title, he would beat pac to the punch AGAIN...

Really? That's why Pac deaded the fight more than a year ago. Pac was the one scared of the tests. Better yet, he wasn't scared unless he knew when they would be administered. Pac's legacy? All of his fights as of recent have not been looked at as competitive AT ALL. Even someone not as popular as Pac beat him out of F.O.T.Y for 2010 (Sergio Martinez) when Pac was active because Manny's opponents was so weak. Arum himself said that Manny is strictly entertainement. Don't make me laugh "Floyd scared of Pac" and Pac hasn't even fought anyone on the skill level of Mayweather. Ask Arum and Roach how they feel about Pac's chances against Mayweather.......

Arum also indicated he would like Pacquiao to get through the Hatton fight before going up against Mayweather saying“I want Mayweather to stay there (in retirement) until September. The longer he’s out the more rusty he’ll be."

I'm sure that Pac fans and the sport of boxing would be saying that Floyd is on something. That's why I know it's all B.S. Floyd is the scapegoat for Bob Arum fighters and always has been while secretly Arum has not been willing to totally deal with Floyd anymore after he called Arum a racist cheat and left him.
