Dr Dre and Em on Pac vs Mosley "song"

Bob Arum even had Dr. Dre and Em believing that a shot Mosley who was technically destroyed by Mayweather Jr had a chance vs the Pacman, not to mention Mosley's horrible draw vs a reality TV star boxer in Mora.

They promoted the fight right using SHOWTIME and CBS to get all TV's across the world to tune in. The problem is now, the fans and non boxing fans that where gullible enough to buy the fight are probably thinking about keeping there money to themselves next time.

People want to point fingers at Mosley when we the fans, experts, media said well ahead of time that Mosley was shot. Even Bob Arum said Mosley was shot when fighting Mayweather. Now we know Bob lies and he LOVES to discredit Floyd when ever he gets the chance so what he says is irreverent. Its just irony to call someone shot and then select that fighter a year later and expect something different.

Don't say we didn't tell you so Bob. You failed and Pac STILL didn't "out do" Mayweather nor did he sell more PPV's. How is that? How does a part time boxer/criminal outsell the so called (new) cash cow p4p #1?

I didn't really care for the song and knowing what its about even makes it worse. Lil Wayne's MR. MIKE TYSON FLOW is great song though.

So are you saying you think the song Die Hard was about Mosley and how he was going to win?

Why do you think Arum convinced Dre and Em that Mosley had a chance? You have a thread that's about the song, but you barely even talk about the song, and instead are ranting against the Mosley fight.

And what do you mean by saying that now you know what the song is about that it makes it worse?

Pac and Mosley ruin the song. If they weren't in it representing "die hard" in a ring, it would actually be a good song.

Point is the song gives a false sense of meaning with Pac and Mosley mumbling on it, in which Dre and Em put on there in hopes of a "die hard" fight. Think about it. Its REALLY not that hard. The fight was hyped by Bob and some gullible people bought into it. Such a shame.

The fight was such shyt, Dre took the song off his upcoming Detox album.

You're reading too much into it, man. Dre released the track to for a high impact audience by featuring it on the show. The SHOW decided to put it on there and have them talking over it and training or whatever. That has NO BEARING on whether or not Dre/Em bought into the idea of it being a good fight.

Furthermore, the song has ZERO to do with either the fighters or the fight itself. You're disappointed in the fight. Fine, many people are. But you're basically just using the song as an excuse to create YET ANOTHER bull**** thread about something that's already got at least five separate threads about it.

At least be upfront and honest and say this has nothing to do with the song, which was fine, but the fact that you're pissed about the fight.

Again your missing the point. Which is they "believed" in the fight... If they didn't they wouldn't have made it. They where fooled..... it was sad to see/hear that someone would think that fight was going to be something "special" as we knew when Mayweather beat Mosley last year Shane was done.

The song is a perfect example of how Arum fooled people into believing something was going to be good when it wasn't. If they didn't think it was going to be good they wouldn't have made the track (which was dropped from Detox)

YOU are reading to much into it thinking I'm making an excuse for the shyt fight and exploiting that it was shyt. No, I'm pointing out at all the people that invested time or money into it when EVERYONE before hand said Mosley's shyt. Arum even said it over a year ago.

umm, yes he did. He dominated the fight and floored Mosley for only the third time in his career. Floyd also dominated but he was the one who nearly got KO'd. Whatever way you spin it, it was a more impressive performance.

ummm, no he didn't. lol You mad that Pac looked bad and didn't get the KO over an old and shot Mosley? You mad that Pac's intentions are to "out do" Mayweather? You mad they're using Mayweather as the bar? I forgive you.

Just to be clear, you are saying that Dre and them wrote the song SPECIFICALLY for this fight? If that's what you're saying, you need to provide a source on that, because this is the first I've heard of it.

It was debuted on the show, so it would get maximum exposure, plus it cross promotes the fight and the song. At NO POINT has it been said that the song was specifically for this fight, and that Dre/Em thought it was going to be a barnburner and wrote this song to voice that.

The song was done in advance of this fight, and from what I understand it has NOT been dropped from Detox.

As I said, I could be wrong on that, but unless you have a source....
