Even if manny agrees to it and mayweather then refuses to fight, at least people can look back and say that Pac agreed to the full test and it becomes documented history.
There are several articles/videos showing Pacquiao dropping the cut-off period and agreeing to be blood tested even in between rounds. Floyd Mayweather fans tend to ignore these fact (or pretending to be) because it is the only accusation left to destroy Manny's reputation without actually showing any evidence of PED use. And for almost 2 years now, they cannot even make the story right. That Manny did not refuse the blood test. I am posting an article regarding this subject. To those who want the truth, read it. To those who cannot handle the truth, do not read it.Pacquiao’s lawsuit will go forward and Mayweather fans will finally face the truth

    By Superstar Billy Graham

Those who are following this drama between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr, know the whole story about the unsubstantiated accusation and allegation made by GBP (Golden Boy Promotions) and the Mayweathers that Manny Pacquiao is taking performance enhancement drugs.

We also know the lawsuit filed by Manny Pacquiao suing GBP, Floyd Mayweather Jr, Roger Mayweather, and Floyd Mayweather Sr of slander and defamation of character, accusing Manny Pacquiao of taking PEDS/Steroids without a single shred of proof. The courthouse document was filed by Manny Pacquiao’s lawyer Daniel Petrocelli, for those who are not familiar with Daniel Petrocelli, he was the lawyer who won the civil case against OJ Simpson.

This is the court documents filed by Daniel Petrocelli and the law firm.

Those who say Floyd Mayweather Jr was misquoted, or has never said out blatantly that Manny Pacquiao is taking PEDS and Steroids, are in complete denial because there is so much evidence. From numerous videos and articles quoting the Mayweathers slandering Manny Pacquiao, it will totally suffocate the Mayweather’s defense. When it will finally go to court, Floyd fans will finally hear the truth about their fallen hero. A great boxer who has issues in using common sense.

Manny Pacquiao fans, and The Superstar have been steadfast from the beginning. The Mayweathers have no right to discredit and slander Manny Pacquiao of taking PEDS and Steroids without one shred of proof. Floyd fans will contend to say “simply take the test to prove you’re clean,” or quoting one of Floyd Jr’s many lack of real thought comments, “why would anyone turn down a $25 million drug test unless they are hiding something”. But lets dissect that particular quote “why would anyone turn down a $25 million drug test”. First off, nobody is turning down a $25 million drug test, this is a fight not a drug test. The Superstar has never heard of a $25 million drug test, has anyone? Lets deal with the truth, it is what it is, a $25 million mega fight.

The blood test Floyd is demanding is not required by the NSAC, it is clear Floyd Jr is using this to imply Manny Pacquiao is a cheater. But according to many Floyd Jr fans, why would Manny turn down blood testing unless he is hiding something. Now, that itself is very inaccurate. Manny NEVER turned down blood testing even though he is not required to or comply according to the NSAC policy. Manny originally agreed to do blood testing a week before the announcement of their fight, and then 24 days changed to 14 days before the fight and finally another right after the fight. Also included in the drug testing were unlimited urine testing at will and all the way up to the fight. Does that sound like someone who is trying to hide something? At that time it was an unprecedented drug test no other fighter has ever taken. And then on the second attempt to make this mega fight, Manny Pacquiao agreed to all of Floyd’s drug testing demands and the result was Floyd Mayweather Jr announcing on early June of 2010, he will leave the sport of boxing in order to focus on his gym and his foundation.

We all know the real truth, this is another tactic Floyd Jr will use to duck Manny Pacquiao. The same tactic he used to duck Antonio Margarito, Miguel Cotto and a rematch against Oscar De La Hoya.

Floyd fans insist a simple blood test will erase what Floyd Mayweather, and his henchmen have said about Manny, but they have already irreparably damaged Manny’s reputation. Pacquiao fans and The Superstar have insisted accusing another athlete of cheating is absolutely the worse thing they can do. It will damage their reputation that may follow them even after their career from the sport is over. Taking a simple test is not that simple, it doesn’t cure anything. It will not reverse the damage it has done. In fact the damage has been done.

Floyd fans need to put themselves in Manny Pacquiao’s shoes. Let’s take as an example, a manager of a company has an axe to grind to a fellow peer and accuses that person of stealing without one shred of proof. This manager announced that this person is stealing from the company and all that person has to do to prove their innocence is too take a polygraph test or more commonly known as a “lie detector test”. Would that person or anyone in their right mind comply to that demand? More important, would you comply to that demand? After all it is a simple lie detector test. The answer is “NO”!! There is no way anyone or anybody will comply to that. In fact what the accused will do is one thing, seek their attorney and then go from there. Nobody will just “simply comply to the test” or bend in anyone’s will. NOBODY. They will do what Manny Pacquiao and many others who feel their rights have been violated and trampled, they will seek their attorney. For those who say “I’ll take the test”, are lying. The first thing that will come to their mind is they have been unjustly accused and he or she will seek advice from their attorney on what actions to take.

Manny Pacquiao simply complying to Floyd Mayweather’s demands after he and his family blatantly slandered him of taking PEDS and Steroids, is not something Manny or anyone would expect or comply to do. There is a big lesson here to learn, and Floyd fans really should pay close attention. Nobody has the right to accuse anyone of any wrong doings unless they have solid evidence. Or else face the consequences. To do so is reckless and irresponsible behavior. Something Floyd Jr is good at. Now it seems Floyd Jr is in trouble again with the IRS, owing over $3 million. Instead of focusing on his foundation or his gym like he said in the video above, he is out ******** big money and posting his winning tickets on his Twitter and Facebook pages. Something the IRS has been monitoring closely thanks to Floyd’s addiction for attention. Well, that’s another story.

What test are you talking about. PAC will take any test if you can tell me a super ped than will give you instant boost in 4-5 days without hard training. Like I say, boxer slow down on their training in the last week before the fight. If PAC was using ped he would need a good amount of time to cycle them out. What ped will turn PAC into a monster without even working out hard in 4-5 days?

I think Pacs acheivements and overall impact on the sport will drown out any real doubts or controversies as time goes by. If anything the biggest shadow is the fact that for whatever reason, the fight against Floyd didnt happen.

I also think Floyds reputation as a boxer will grow in the decades to come. His skills and achievements will over shadow the criticism and hostility directed at his character we see today.

If he loses to Floyd after agreeing to random testing it may make people believe even more so that Pac juiced in his other big fights.
2 very good posts coming from the same guy.

        Props.

In boxing history books, Pac will be remembered as the only boxer to capture 8 world titles in different divisions and Floyd Jr will be remembered as the greatest coward in the history of boxing.

Pacs career will have no shadow hanging over it. The fact that SSM once took peds i dont even think about it, unless reminded of it. FLoyd will be remembered for being a ducker, and Pac will be remembered for his performances and 8 titles.

Pac is guilty of nothing. Innocent until proven guilty. He dont have to take no OSDT, and not taking it dont mean anything. If police want to give me a lie detector test for a murder, just to see if ive murdered before just out of curiostiy i am within my rights to refuse just like pac is.

And anyone with a clue will say,

"because no commission, no sanctioning body and no country required any extra tests on top of the ones they already take"

"because in the years 2009 to 2011, none of the three major sports leagues in america required their athletes to submit to testing administered by the World Anti Doping Agency".

Floyd wanted Pacquiao to take the OST because he is scared.

Floyd apologist always says Pacquiao is easy one dimensional who beat shot weight drained fighters but

                    Why Floyd need OST?

I can not imagine Floyd asking Magic Man Malinaggi for OST?

Floyd apologist are too narrow minded and they don't want to acknowledge that Pacquiao is doing something unbelievable and the only logical reason is he might doing PED.

Because the bottom-line is why would Floyd need OST?

But why not OSDT? You see, I actually like the idea of having it in all title fights. I think even though the way it's been introduced with the Pacquiao issue is unfair, overall I think it benefits the sport of boxing as a whole. The system needs to be revamped.

Now again, i have to say it's not fair that Pac's being accused of it but if he agrees to it then in the long run i truly believe it will help remove any future doubts from his legacy. The whole issue has become so ingrained on the public psyche. Why not destroy that contention with OSDT for just that one fight?

nope, because pac never refused to be tested by the drug testing commission, and he never tested positive.
