If Manny had really "agreed" to the testing proposal IN THE CONTRACT he was shown by Bob, Manny would have sent it back signed as confirmation that he really wanted the fight back in 2009.
Instead, Manny and company just made up a slew of excuses to avoid the fight altogther. And they still are.
Floyd's on record saying that fighting is the last thing on his mind, NOW.
Pac and Arum has stated that they want the fight, NOW.
Stop living in the past.

Not before negotiations even take place you idiot. Why dont you email Floyd and tell him that Pac said he agreed to all his testing demands?

Pac has already agreed to take the test, which Arum confirms. The next step should be for Floyd to come out of vacation and negotiate the rest of the terms so a contract can be signed.
That's why we're still waiting...and waiting...and waiting

Anybody know why Floyd has not signed up to WADA's anti-doping program?
How can he prove he is clean if he will not sign up to this procedure?
Anybody have any reasons why Floyd has not done this?
Doesn't he want to clean up the sport?

a one minute phone call would do it.
