RANDOM means RANDOM, no cut off dates no dates are to be known. Manny may have agreed to drug testing, but he didnt agree to FULL random blood testing. HE wanted cut off dates and wanted to know when the tests were gonna take place. Floyd is a smart guy and is not gonna risk his legacy for a person who isnt willing to take FULL RANDOM DRUG TEST.

Manny agreed. He told two reporters that he did. One of the reporters was fake but that doesn't matter. He never stated what he agreed to in the other interview but that doesn't matter either. 2nd, I was hoping the "new" urine tests by USADA come out soon so that the blood testing won't be an issue, since they themselves said it could possible detect PEDs better than the blood testing - this was from an article someone posted on THIS very website, which I DID respond to...I'm sure it won't be hard to find the link, if I feel like it.

3rd, I was curious as to why Floyd has decided to talk about Pac after pacs less than stellar performance vs Shane, maybe it's a coincidence. I don't really care, as long as Floyd fights soon, I'm good, other than that, I could care less what he says.

Maybe so, but unless it detects everything blood testing does there will still be a need for blood testing.
