The point is, Roach said that HGH can not be detected by the test.
That means That your precious NSAC rule argument is out the window.
He says that blood and urine can't find HGH which means the test are a joke.

Manny doesn't care about extra testing. He abides by the rules set forth by the boxing commissions of whatever particular state he fights in.
