July 19 - In an interview by Chris Robinson from Examiner.com, Jeff Mayweather said, “He [Pacquiao] agreed to random testing up to 14 days. I never knew that random had a cutoff. So basically if you don’t have a cutoff, it doesn’t mean it’s random at all. That’s why the negotiations went down. It was the same as before.”

    July 7 -
“They stopped taking blood 18 days before [Mayweather-Mosley], so that shows that they can do it and be fine,” Arum would tell Lance Pugmire of the LA Times, explaining why he believes 14 days should be sufficient to satisfy Mayweather’s demands. “We’re saying the same thing, that if there’s information that emerges in the final 14 days, we can go to the [state boxing] commission and ask for more tests. We can work it out. No one’s looking to pull any fast ones.”

    July 17:
Pacquiao didn't want to submit to blood tests too close to a fight, his camp said. Pacquiao budged on the issue during these talks, moving from a 24-day cutoff of blood testing to 14 days. But all along the Mayweather camp has been silent.

July 15 - should be noted that despite the fact that Mayweather has insisted on random blood testing up until the day of the fight, Pacquiao has only agreed to a 14-day cutoff for random blood testing.

You can join your pole smoking mate deevel who has also been deflecting once he realised his info was off base. How do you moron's so consistently get this stuff wrong.........oh wait....i know.....it's because you just make crap up without any reference to what actually happened.
      why are you getting mad?

just trying to set the record straight.

there are plenty of threads here bashing pac that he got exposed when he fought shane. and floyd is gonna toy with him.

now floyd fears for his life?

      wtf.

its either you accept the fact that floyd sees pacquiao is a threat that is why he is asking for additional testing or you say he is not even on the same league as floyd and there is no reason for floyd to think he is cheating

Mosley was a top 3 WW according to every boxing publication, writer or anyone who covers the sports and ranks these different divisions.

I know he is past it, but to say even at this stage he isn't a top WW is baffling when you can't name more than 5 guys at that class who can beat him. Yeah WW is weak but he still is a top guy at that class.

          1. Manny Pacquiao
          2. Floyd Mayweather
          3. Victor Ortiz
          4. Jan Zaveck

          8. Shane Mosley
          9. Brad Solomon
          10. Jesus Soto-Karass

          Not according to *********.

no one knows. but before you have a contract you logically would have verbal consent that the two parties would go into negotiations.

you really do have to appreciate this man, he becomes an enigma, vanishes from the sport, talks when HE WANTS, and says what HE WANTS...I think it's genius. No pressure, you dictate what's asked and what you wanna talk about when you wanna talk it. I mean I might be pushing 30 pages after this post in regards to something that occurred nearly 2 years ago, it's not even relevant anymore...applause? And believe it please, it's no coincidence.

We knew from day 1 Poochiao woldn't do a OST until the day of the fight, Mayweather proposed a cut off date, which was 14 days, correct? So why isn't Floyd offering the same thign again for the biggest pay day off his career? Why is he instead claiming he is on vacation?

Second negatations were a blatent duck from Team Mayweather because they knew they knew Team Poochiao wouldn't go for OST until fight night.
