Umm...What is the standard drug testing in Nevada or any other state? How many other fighters are doing Olympic-style blood and urine testing? How many other sports for that matter? One fight from what I recall, that was only because some moron backed himself into a corner and now has to do OST for the rest of his career or he looks like a hypocrite. Maybe you should spend your time writing boxing commissions or your state representative to express your sincere CONCERN about Olympic-style blood and urine testing for boxing WORLDWIDE.

Well at least we know Pavlik isnt on roids. I dont get this dude. He's lost once at MW...a close decision to Sergio...no shame in that at all, and now he's coming in weighing 170? Looks like he added no muscle, just waterweight and ink. I dont get this move at all. I cant believe that if he was making 159 while partying and drinking he couldnt easily make it while sober. No clue what he's doing with his career. He's only 29, i dont get it at all.

Yeah, he's an odd one. I think Hopkins killed him. Took everything he had and shat on it. It's been downhill from that fight on. If it was a close fight, maybe he would have stayed on track but he got truly pwned and I don't think he could handle it after being such a huge favourite not only to win, but be the first to brutally knock him out. 90% of experts, fans, writers etc etc really thought it wasn't about whether he won (as it was taken for granted that he would) but how badly he knocked him out.

Suddenly he's being embarrassed and nearly getting knocked out himself losing every round. It took it all out of him. I don't think we'll ever see the same version that was before Hopkins. I think that version would have given Martinez a much harder fight, would have beat Williams etc etc. Now though....it's hard to say what he could do.
