My thing is, if all we waiting on is Pac to agree, then why is Floyd inactive. He could easily be making money fighting good fights against good opponemts while he waits for Pac to "decide". Floyd isn't the first fighter in history to do that though which is why it is puzzling that you don't understand it. Floyd wants an offer he can't refuse to come back they are not offering it.
