Depends on if one needs the job or not, if I apply for a job I know I am going to have to jump through whatever hoops they ask or they will find another schmuck.

I know they would not be trying to hear excuses on why I didn't want to give them blood and saying no for whatever reason is the wrong answer. You can say that is not proof OK but it is certainly evidence, if I come back with a law suit against them saying they discriminated against me they would say he didn't take the drug test we therefore believed him to be on drugs which is why we didn't hire him.

You have to consider that the lawsuit came because the company that wants to hire you in the first place made it PUBLIC that they are very su****ious of you being a drug user, you don't do that even to your regular employees!!! You know what, i always thought that the first negotiation was doing well, ofcourse there would be b*****ieness on both sides but eventually they'll agree on something, but went on spiral right after Floyd Sr. and GBP themselves made those interview about Manny's possibility of cheating his way to the top... A big error on senior and oscar i should say...

I feel you, I just haven't seen that yet although there is more to it now than just OST because the failed negotiations have soured both sides on really working with the other.

You are right Manny does not have to submit himself to testing in other fights especially OST, When I say that sort of thing it I would expect him to do whatever he liked 18 day cut off since that was where the blood stopped getting drawn for Floyd-Mosley. Sure he might not want to do it but if he felt this was something he needed to clean up it is within his power to dead this stuff for the most part anyways but only foolish people would carry on.


I feel you though on the end hopefully they can get past the blame game, which no one can win and really get down to business which they haven't for a long time in regards to each other, whatever way the fight plays out.

first negotiations floyd wanted 14 days and manny agreed to 18 i believe. ok so 4 days off of floyds first demands and he doesnt accept. why not? its called a negotiation.. not give you everything you want. so 4 days more than 14 is better than the 30 days pacs team wanted at first and its way more testing than the regular nsac testing.

This is wrong. The first negotiation, Floyd asked for OST and Roach said "no problem, we will talk any test they want". So originally, they were ready to accept the OST. Soon after, they started back peddling. First, they didn't want to test the day b4 the fight, then they needed a few days...it kept moving up until they said he needed 30 days. They were shown to be lying with the Hattong 24/7 video, so they changed it to 24 days and that's where it ended. So, FMJ started at 0 days compromised and moved to 14 days to make the fight. Pac started at 0 days, the moved all the way to 30 day to end at 24. They went to arbitration and Floyd said they had offered 14 days b4 arbitration. Arum said it didn't happen and the Judge came out and said Arum was lying. The 14 days was offered and they still didnt take it. So, who's fault was it that the first negotiation fell through??

second negotiations, floyd wants 0 and manny agrees to 7 days within (accodring to koncz) and manny stated he would do it up to 0 or between rounds. lets just say its 7 for floyd fans(but still manny said 0 days), but my point is, you aint doin **** in 7 days before a megafight and wont even benefit from peds within only a week timespan when youre not even training hard and there would be no point to take it only for 7 days prior before the fight... it makes no sense.. so 7 days or 0 it wouldnt matter. youre not gonna benefit from 7 days of ped use. and the second time around floyd is gonna make it even harder to make the fight happen? so manny agreed to..(lets say 7 days), which is 7 days more than what you asked for the first time of 14.

I would really like to know what the real circumstances were behind the 2nd negotiation. Arum said originally, that they would accept full OST. Implying that they would accept it all the way to the fight. Well, come the end of the "deadline" and we find out that it wasn't 0 days, but it was actually 14? 7? days(pretty sure it was the original 14 day offer). While I agree that FMJ should've taken that offer, they did know what he said in the PPV interview. Full OST up to the fight or no fight. So, why after that, if you are serious, would u offer less? I am sure FM was pissed about them blaming the breakdown of the the first negotiations on him. I kinda think they said there were no negotiations, because they didn't come to them with what he would consider a real offer...Full OST. Either way, I think FMJ should've taken the fight this time. So, I think he should get the blame for the second, but Pac definitely gets the blame for the first one falling through.

Were you saying this about Pac during the first negotiations? Was Pac "shook"? Their team made up more excuses and lies than anyone. If you are saying 7 days was more than good enough, then why wasn't 14 good enough the first time? Can't have it both ways.
