Trainer Freddie Roach is still very much in tune for Manny Pacquiao to become the first boxer to knock Shane Mosley out. Pacquiao defends his WBO welterweight title against Mosley on May 7 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Roach believes it would further cement Pacquiao's position as the best fighter in the sport, pound for pound, and also upstages the performance by Floyd Mayweather Jr., who won a dominating twelve round decision over Mosley last May.

i know pac will not take mosley lightly becuase it is not typical of pac's...mosley at his age can still punch, still has speed and power...if pac gets careless, it will be disaster for him...but mosley's legs will be over in round 5, and that would be pac's time to retire the aging fighter for good...

i guess by sayin pac will stop shane and floyd couldn't is suppose to be the selling point for this fight. it wouldn't be incredible for pac to stop shane it would be expected

Mosley has good chin. I dont think Pac has the power to put Mosley down. Punch accumulation and a severe beating seem more possible. Not rooting for anyone in particular cuz I love both fighters. Just want to see a good fight. Mosley is already a HOF. If he can manage to make this a close fight I will be surprised.

But I dont think at this age and point of his career he has the reflexes or the speed to neutralize Pac's speed and angles. Floyd dominated him. And Pac's workrate will most likely overwhelm him.

I hope Mosley doesnt lose to bad and I hope this is his last fight. He has fought the best for years and has never made excuses. He doesnt have anything else to prove.

Using PED is surely a stain in his career. But I know he is one of the most respected fighters in recent years.

Mosley's only chance in this fight is to go all out since the beginning. Attack Pac while he is still warming up and adjusting , he needs to go for the kill since the opening bell. No point of making this a chess match.

Dude learn the sport. Floyd and manny fight completely different styles................manny should and will stop mosley.

Only a one shot ko or really early stoppage will be "incredible". It's an easy fight.
