I am going to find out how fast tyson was dancing on his toes . A guy told me that he saw the mike tyson james tillis 3 round exhibition fight bout and mike did some dancing in that . He says that tyson was faster dancing on his toes than chris byrd and probably as fast dancing as prime larry holmes .

Yo, Catskills, I recently saw a clip of Tyson fighting some guy waaaaay back in the day in the amatuers, I'm not sure who it was, and the quality was very poor, but he was dancing on his toes, and he did look pretty good doing it. I mean he was really pumping the jab in that guy's face and getting in and out. He was pretty fast, man.

I think Tyson was too top-heavy to have good footwork. He needed to be planted to have good balance. Very large upper body with very skinny calves and ankles. Of course no one knows for sure, never will.
