Honestly though, I do hope Shane comes in 'reformed' from his last few fights. However, something tells me he'll only really be in this fight for the first 3-4 rounds at most. If Shane was frustrated by Moras movement and Mayweathers 1-2 counter punching, then how much more frustrated will he become with a guy like Pacquaio, who'll be constantly moving while throwing 4-5 punch combos all night. Mind you, I know Shane will always have a punchers chance, but I don't think his "speed" will be an issue for Pacquiao. Shane will be looking more to throw every punch with bad intentions, and will get frustrated just like in the Mayweather fight when he either misses or IF his punches don't have the affect on Pacquiao that he thought they would. Shane will expend A LOT of energy throwing those bombs, and if Pacquiao doesn't go down or out from them then I see Shane tiring very early just like he did against Mayweather. You can't get tired or heavily fatigued against Pacquiao without getting severely beatin up.
The most competitive part of this fight will be the first 4 rounds IMO, and Pacquiao WILL be there to be hit while he's delivering his own punches. I see Brother Naaz threatining Shane with stopping the fight after about 6 rounds, with him actually throwing in the towel after about the 8th.
Side Note: I don't see Pacquiao KO'ing Shane either TBH. Not unless he has him extremely hurt at some point and has to finish him off, which I don't really see happening. Shane is a tough SOB and also knows how to clinch. Pac does seem to let off the gas after he knows he has his opponent beat up late in the fight, and starts looking to the ref to stop it so he doesn't have to punish the guy anymore (wasn't Pac also doing that in the ODLH fight before he quit?). If he took mercy on Cotto, Margarito in the last 3 rounds of the fight (Tony looked like he was ready to go) and never really tried to step it up and stop Clottey late in the fight, I can't see him going "for the kill" against Shane Mosely (they've been very friendly during this promotion) - It seems like when Pac is friendly with his opponents he is more content to playfully toy with them (more like competitive sparring) when they're hurt, then to go for the kill. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I can see Pac/Mosely being a little too friendly at times during the fight, by touching up gloves before and after each round (like Pac/Clottey - Mosely/Mora did). I can't stand that ****. Be friends AFTER the fight for goodness sakes.
