The best part is the fight surpased any expectations coming in. This just might have made Ortiz a star, even the guys that gave him the most **** about quitting had to give him his props after coming back after that 6th round KD.

To be honest I thought he was going to fall apart during that 6th round, he was doing the same like he did against Maidana. He was going to the ropes and almost running sideways, then something just clicked in his head and instead of fear and surviving he got pissed. You can see it on the replay when he throws those left hands he's ****ing mad.

              I loved it.

Same here. I thought at that moment it was gonna be No Mas all over again, then I don't know how, but he had the confidence to fight back. That one left hook...It just blew that whole Maidana thing out of the window. It showed he wasn't a quitter. Ortiz is still a young kid, he's only 24. He's gonna be a star.

i have direct-tv and only get showtime. however sometimes out of nowhere i get reception to hbo and max. this was one of the weekends i got hbo and max so i was able to watch the fight. maybe this has something to do with it.
