I said all the long Clottey would wear him down and beat him up, better defense, chin, accuracy. I guess the '0' really hyped Berto up too much.

To be honest, I always thought Clottey would beat Berto also.

That was the exact fight I pictured in my mind after he lost.

There is no doubt that Clottey is a snake bit fighter. Not only does he find a way to lose, but to get injured as well...

Margo fight= Hand

Cotto fight= Leg/knee

Judah fight= Torn bicep (althought it happened in the round the fight was stopped)

In the fights that his body did hold up well, he performed well (Baldi, Chico, Alverez)...His body held up well against Pac, but he just didn't throw enough in that fight for me to count it.

Clottey wil stay in that turtle shell wait for Berto to get winded (usually after the first round) and then he'll start to pick him apart. Itll be like the Judah fight.

Clottey may have losses on his record but he doesn't duck anybody and has far more elite fighters so far than Berto ever will.
