saw some comments around about mccloskey quitting, just throwing up a poll about that. some say that when the doctor asked him if he could continue he said no.. anyone got a clip?

The doctor claimed he quit, Freddie roach even said this. But he didn't seem to argue. But I didn't see him say anything.

i didn't see what happened really. he didn't protest much which is disappointing. seems as though it might have been an overzealous doctor ruining another fight.

Stoppage @ 7:00. It looks like he's shaking his head in response to the doctor's decision to end the fight. He obviously didn't agree with the stoppage.

kind of hard to argue with the doctor on how bad the cut looks when you can't see nor feel it and with blood streaming down your face. it looks like the ref was more eager to stop the fight more than anything too. should've given paul one more round to at least have his cutman do something, imo.

hard to say... the dumb ass doctor told him that the cut was bad, but it wasn't even bad...

but the fact that mccloskey didn't want to fight on even tho he was cut means he might've quit.
