Had he tested he would've mentally been in floyds head. FLoyd already suspected his talents were natural had he submitted to testing Floyd wouldve been like "Oh **** this dude is a real beast". But because he ducked out it made floyd mentally tougher, because now he thinks hes that much superior over manny and other fighters...
    Interesting point of view

When did Pac say he is not going to take a steroid test?

Pac has gone above and beyond what the commision calls for. Unlimited urine up until fight night w/ blood testing except within 7 days of the fight, and an immediate blood/urine test in the locker room after the fight.

Now that's even more than what Holyfield agreed to, and more than what Mosley ended up having to endure.

So if he can do all that, why can't he just agree to OST?

        Hmmm?

Mayweather vs Shane, floyd took home 60 million when it was all said and done and guess what...TESTING WAS ENVOLVED...so this article makes to sense..

WHy isnt Manny willing to test? WHy isnt Pac vs Mosley testing. People think cuz its 50 million that Manny shouldnt have to test and they should just fight because the payout is too big...WHY WONT MANNY TAKE THE DAMN TEST AND SAVE US THE HEART ACH??????
Do you have a link to that? I was under the impression that he made 40m and thats with the PPV upside and his promoter cut.

at least we know who is chasing who. what is the saying " you never accept the first offer" i would hold out for more if they're dumb enough to keep offering.
              just my opinion
              which is not worth anything

In case you havent heard, Pac is leery about having blood drawn too close to fight night. This isnt something he just made up when the Floyd negotiations went down. This has been documented going back till after his loss to Erik Morales.

For the record, I know plenty of people who have psychological issues when it comes to having blood drawn. I've seen people throw up, feel weak, pass out, etc.

What I find funny is how Floyd is demanding the one thing that Pac has stated he'll never do again. Hmmmmmmm.

MAYWEATHER SR. BLAMES THE IRS, BUT SEEMS CONFIDENT FIGHT WILL HAPPEN IN 2011
                    By FightHype

“The fight’s gonna still happen. I’m pretty sure about that. It may not happen right away this year, but it’s going to happen,” commented Floyd Mayweather Sr., who assured fans that his son will eventually step into the ring for a mega-fight with Filipino icon Manny Pacquiao. The question then is why isn’t the fight happening on November 13? According to Mayweather Sr., the recent tax problems that Floyd had earlier this year were the motivating factor in his decision to forego fighting later this year.

“One thing for sure is Floyd is not scared of Pacquiao. That’s one thing for sure. Everybody needs to get that straight; that’s straight and to the point. Floyd is not scared of Pacquiao. That’s the last guy he’s scared of in boxing, but the whole thing is, man, the money Lil Floyd done made and the money he would get fighting Pacquiao, think about it,” Mayweather Sr. would explain as he stressed that fear of fighting has nothing to do with his son’s decision not to face Pacquiao on November 13.

Instead, Mayweather Sr. suggested it was his son’s fear of Uncle Sam that’s preventing the biggest fight in boxing from taking place this year. “Make a million dollars in one year and see what Uncle Sam gonna do to you. So that’s what I’m talking about. Make $100 million in one year and see what Uncle Sam gonna do,” he would tell FightHype’s own Percy Crawford. “It would be like he ain’t never fought Shane. I’m telling you the real deal of how it is. That is the only reason they didn’t make the fight.

*****s are always saying pac will never take the test...the fight will not happen.

floyd and his gang however are saying he will fight pac after a tuneup.

so apparently, he's not ready to fight pac coming from a vacation...guys from south africa should have let him have a tuneup first before offering to host the pac-floyd fight.
